This bright and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo features a large covered front deck that gives you the perfect spot to watch the Friday night fireworks as if they were your own personal show!

Condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster), central AC/heating, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property, streaming TV services, HDTV and DVD player in living room, XBOX and games, board games, HDTVs with Fire TVs (streaming TV services) in bedrooms, and full washer and dryer. The flooring throughout the beach house was replaced in 2015, new couches in living room in 2016, HDTV upgrades in all rooms, HVAC replaced in 2021.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a full size bed, and third bedroom has two bunk beds (four beds), with one of the bottom bunks a full size bed. Comfortable beds for up to nine people. All you need to bring are linens and towels!

Water rides, roller coasters, and amusements are 4-5 short blocks away; Samuel's Pancake House and Hassles Ice Cream Parlor (best homemade ice cream on the island!) is one block away; coffee shop, pizza, tacos, grocery store, and indoor water park are all a short 1-2 block walk.
