Located in the perfect location in Point Pleasant Beach NJ - just a couple blocks from the beach/boardwalk and a short walk to the downtown area. Point Beach is known for its wide clean beach, family-friendly boardwalk with rides, games, and activities, as well as quaint shops and restaurants in the center of town.

Things To Do:
The boardwalk is active during the day and night including live bands, dancing, concerts on the beach, fireworks, movies, and evening strolls by the ocean. Sport fishing and charter excursions are available on a full or half-day basis. A touring paddlewheel boat with eating facilities is also available. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and ice cream and candy shops nearby as well. There are exciting community events held throughout the year such as the Offshore Grand Pix held in May and the annual Seafood Festival held in September.

The home offers 1 king size bed and 4 queen size beds. Each bedroom has a Samsung smart TV. There are 3 full bathrooms and fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. The finished basement is a great space for kids or for additional entertaining. There is an in-ground heated pool that utilizes a salt sanitizing system that keeps the water sparkling clear and feels great to the skin. The backyard is very private and great for entertaining. Lounge in the pool, bask in the sun, or sit under the large awning to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine! There is off-street parking for 4 cars plus 2 passes for overnight parking on the street. The home also includes 6 complimentary beach passes for the week which is a significant cost savings.
