This home is fully renovated with an abundance of space for several families. There are multiple areas to lounge and gather and you will never feel like you are crowded. We consider the home a 4-6 bedroom house- see below for more details.

Our home is in the quiet community of Cape May Villas. Feel safe and at home in this quaint coastal town. From our home, you will be only 10-15 minutes from Downtown Cape May where you can experience beautiful historic Victorian homes, the Cape May Lighthouse, and relax on the beautiful Cape May beaches. Go only 15-20 minutes from our Villa home and you will be in the Wildwoods, home of some of the largest beaches on the Jersey Shore, several amusement piers, a water park, mini golf courses, and a world-class boardwalk with everything from ice cream and pizza to Italian and Greek cuisine. The possibilities are endless!

Take a walk on our lovely bay beaches, play a game of pool or just have a glass of wine while enjoying some of the most magnificent sunsets on the east coast! And dont forget- relax in our hot tub in our private and newly paved and furnished side yard.

Our home sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably with ample storage for your personal items. Without a doubt, this home is indeed the Gem of the Bay! Don't miss out on the opportunity to enjoy a great vacation in one the most spacious homes on the Delaware Bay!

The first floor offers a comfortable lounge area with a 55' flat screen tv, a memory foam queen sleeper sofa , dresser and a large full bathroom. This space can easily be used as an additional bedroom with its separate entrance and private bath. This is also where you will find a gaming area with a separate 50 tv dedicated to gaming. (Bring your own game consoles and games.) We also have a variety of board games, puzzles, books, and DVDs. Lets not forget the deluxe 8' slate-top pool table for your entertainment.

The second floor is where everyone can comfortably gather in our comfortably furnished open-concept living room with a gas fireplace and a 60" Flat Screen TV. (Fireplace for Nov-Mar rentals only.) We offer another queen sleeper sofa, dresser, and a half bath. The family room opens to one of our huge decks revealing great views of the beach and bay. There is also plenty of deck seating for outside gatherings and dining. Want to grill some burgers or make a home-cooked meal? We hope to make that a great experience for you as well! Enjoy entertaining with direct access from the kitchen to the dining deck that seats 16. Take the convienent deck stairs to the private hot tub oasis area on the ground level. There you will find our private paved lounge area equipped with a 2022 Hot Springs Pulse hot tub for 7, generous seating at our Polywood lounge area, and a large Weber gas grill. Or, you may want to have your meals indoors. Our vast eat-in kitchen easily seats 12 and offers everything you will need to feel at home, including granite counters, counter and table seating, stainless steel appliances, and two coffee makers for that after-dinner relax time! Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautifully decorated nautical formal dining room that will seat up to 8.

The third floor opens to a lovely and comfortable sitting/living room with a new memory foam queen sleeper, dresser, and boasts fabulous views of the Bay. This space is equipped with elegant room-divider drapes that transforms the space into another bedroom/sleeping area. Step out to the upper deck from the bedroom/sitting room to have a morning coffee, read a book, or just bask in the sun on one of our comfy lounge chairs. On this level, there is also a convenient laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Also on the third level are four bedrooms and two spacious full baths. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, flat screen tvs with cable, and plenty of dresser and closet storage. There are two bedrooms that feature queen beds. A third bedroom offers two full size beds. The fourth bedroom is the primary bedroom with its beautiful furnishings, queen bed, private full bath with a jetted tub, and access to the sunny and roomy upper deck where there are comfortable lounge areas for dolphin watching, morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
