Hello I am Dan Vecchio. I recently started listing here to assist our current and future guests plan their Ocean City New Jersey vacation.

The property was built in 1922 and opened as the Blue Violet Bed & Breakfast. In 2006 it was converted into three condos. Ours is the largest with over 2000SF of living space, 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 full baths and an outdoor shower. During the renovations, much of the old Victorian charm was kept in place.
