The condo located in beachfront property has two floors. The first floor opens into a kitchen which opens to a dining area and a great room with sliding glass doors that lead to an outside balcony. Also on the first floor is a powder room with a stackable washer and dryer.
The second floor has two bedrooms separated by the stairway. One bedroom has a king size bed and a Jacuzzi. The bathroom has a closet, two separate sink areas and a shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds, a closet, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors which open to an outside balcony. From all the balconies you can see the ocean. With a queen size sofa bed in the great room, the condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Owner will supply bedding for king size bed only.
The building has a secured main entrance, an elevator, an exercise room, and an outdoor pool. In addition, there is an outside locker for beach chairs, and a bicycle rack. Parking is available under the building. Next to the building is St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.
Within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, a grocery store, a WAWA, a liquor store, clothing and souvenir shops, the police and fire station, and the library. On Saturday mornings there is a Farmer' market open from 8:30AM to 12:30.
The Golden Nugget, Borgata, and Harrah's Casinos are less than 5 miles away.
