Our Home is on the ocean side of Central Avenue between 12th and 13th Streets. Our home rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Built in 2001 and completely renovated (everything from the drywall and in is NEW, including the furniture) in 2019, 12th & Central Avenue ('12th & Central') is a designer's showcase. Be sure to locate the Video Tour toward the bottom of this page.
Finishes include box molding, hand-scraped wide planked hard wood floors, high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances; central air conditioning, several wide screen TV's; a front and rear deck, and off street parking. All in the most desired section of Ocean City!
This home was designed with comfort and style in mind. This lower level town home boasts 5 bedrooms and baths. Each room was designed with your comfort and family needs in mind. The gourmet kitchen features beautiful white carrera marble counter tops with a high-end stainless steel appliances package. The appliance package is complete with a gas cook top and large oven, large capacity refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, a quiet clean dishwasher, overhead microwave. On the hottest day, enjoy how cool the front porch is with its sun blocking awnings, outdoor ceiling fan and the cool shore breeze.
The 2nd Floor hallway begins with the Master Bedroom, it features a luxurious king sized bed, 42 inch LED flat screen TV, his and her dressers (2), a large closet, rear private deck and a private full bath.
Adjacent to the Master Bedroom, is the Junior Master Bedroom (2nd Bedroom), it too includes a luxurious king size bed! The Junior Master is equipped with a 32 inch LED flat screen TV, large bureau, closet and a rear deck.
The 3rd Bedroom is a child's dream - The Bunk Bed Room! This well-appointed bedroom sleeps 4/5 with two sets of adult sized bunk-beds (with XL Twin mattresses). There is also a trundle mattress under one of the Bunk Beds, just in case you need the Bunk Bed Room to sleep 5! A large closet and tall dresser finish the Bunk Bed room.
The 4th Bedroom features two twin beds, a tall dresser, night stand, 42" flat panel TV and a large closet. Immediately adjacent to the 4th Bedroom is a large hall bath featuring a tub & shower unit and large vanity. At the end of the hallway is the laundry room. Its complete with a full size, free-standing washer and a full size, free-standing dryer.
Unique to 12 & Central is its 5th Bedroom . Located on the lower level, just a few steps down from the Main Level, the 5th Bedroom is quite large, has a powder room and is just steps from the fully enclosed outside shower. The 5th Bedroom has a queen bed, overstuffed chair , a locking door for dressing and bedroom privacy. The 5th Bedroom has a 47 inch LED flatscreen TV; tall dresser; and a half-bath.
12 & Central has a fully enclosed private outdoor shower; rear garage for one car; 2 outside decks (front and back); off-street parking for 2, central air, ceiling fans in every room and is only a 3 minute walk (2 short blocks) from the beach.
We are located on the ocean side (east side) of Central Avenue between 12th and 13th street. (the back alley is shared with the (west side) of Wesley Avenue.
This home is a lower level town house, of a building that has two, separate town houses contained in the same building. The building has 5 levels in total. Like many Ocean City homes, it is designed in a front-to-back, split-level configuration. This lower level town house has 3 levels. The three levels include: The Street Level; The Main Level and The 2nd Level.
The Street Level houses the garage (in the rear); the 5th Bedroom/ Bonus Room and a half-bath.
The Main Level houses the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room. The front porch is at the same level as the Main Level.
The 2nd Level, is in the back of the home and it consists of 4 bedrooms, the 2nd floor hallway, laundry room and 2 full baths. The rear deck is on the same level as the 2nd floor level. The Upper Level Townhome is NOT apart of our home and is separate in everyway (parking, access, different ownership, etc,)
All living areas, with the exception of the garage, are fully accessible from inside the town house. You enter the garage from the back alley and through the overhead garage door. As noted earlier, the town house is a front to back, split-level configuration, so each level is only separated by 6 to 7 stairs.
12 & Central rents ONLY weekly from June to September. We do NOT rent partial weeks or weekends. NO EXCEPTIONS. Check-in () and Check-out () is on Saturdays ONLY.
A security deposit will be added to the above rates.
$100 Security deposit insurance will be added to all rates.
No groups, must be 25 years or older to rent.
Off-season, winter rentals are by request.
