The boardwalk is just a short distance away with bike rentals, restaurants, coffee-shops, stores, all kinds of games, rollercoasters, etc. Once you park your car, there is no need to move it.

Renters need to bring bed sheets, pillowcases, beach and bath towels. You can also rent all that locally.
(Our cleaners wouldn't be able to get the unit ready on time if they needed to do the laundry)
