The nonsmoking complex includes direct ocean access ( no streets to cross), outdoor shower, elevator, and assigned covered parking. Our large heated pool is open seasonally. Hours may vary according to condo guidelines.
Our peaceful, guarded, family oriented beach is located at the south end of Brigantine and is the largest and best on the island! There is direct access to our pristine, wide, white sand beach through the dunes. 6 beach passes and 6 beach chairs are included for your convenience.
Brigantine is a great town with many activities for both families or adults. There are tennis courts, new town pickleball courts, mini golf, and a skateboard park 3 blocks away, as well as restaurants and a links style golf course on the island. Enjoy biking, surfing, or other water sports.
The community hosts many special events during the summer months including a weekend farmers market, art walks, and movie nights on the beach, just to name a few.
It is a short ride to Gardiner's Basin for dolphin watching, sight seeing cruises and fishing. Atlantic City is 10 minutes away and offers the boardwalk, casinos, outlet shopping, fine dining, and world class entertainment.
