Our beautifully maintained two-bedroom Belmar home offers a true five-star retreat designed for comfort, ease, and relaxation. Its an ideal choice for couples, solo travelers, or small families of up to four people who appreciate a quiet, well-appointed space to unwind and enjoy the Jersey Shore at a comfortable pace.

One of the homes greatest advantages is its walkable location. The beach, boardwalk, and Belmars popular downtown restaurants are all a short, easy walk away. Whether you prefer a morning stroll along the ocean, browsing local shops, or heading out for dinner on foot, everything you need is close by.

The home is fully equipped with central air conditioning, high-quality bed and bath linens, and complimentary high-speed internet. To make your beach days effortless, we provide beach tags, chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart along with access to a beachfront storage locker for added convenience.

The bright, spacious kitchen features granite countertops and is fully stocked for preparing meals at home or grilling outdoors. The sunny dining area opens through screened sliding doors to a large, private deck perfect for morning coffee, leisurely meals, or simply relaxing while enjoying views of the beautifully landscaped backyard gardens in full bloom.

The home comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with two people per bedroom. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen sleigh bed and a 48-inch LED TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The updated bathroom is immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with a comfort-height toilet, granite-topped vanity, and a full bathtub with a rain-head shower.

The living room is comfortably furnished for reading, watching TV, and relaxing. Enjoy a cinema-quality 55-inch Sony OLED TV, Blu-Ray player (also streaming-enabled), and a curated selection of books, games, and movies for your enjoyment.

Guests enjoy the privacy of the entire second floor of our two-family home, with a separate rear entrance overlooking backyard flower gardens. The owner resides on the first floor and is readily available if assistance is needed, while always respecting your privacy.

ABOUT BELMAR:

Belmar is consistently ranked among New Jersey's Favorite Beaches. Our location is easily accessible via Exit 98 of the Garden State Parkway from points in New Jersey and New York, and via Route 29 south to I-195 east from Bucks County, Pennsylvania (approx. 45-60 minutes from the Yardley area).

GENERAL POLICIES:

We do not rent for the full summer, or for only one or two nights. This is a weekly summer rental, Saturday to Saturday, in peak summer season. Consecutive weeks may be rented based on availability.

Smoking is permitted outside only, and there is a firm no-pets policy. You must be at least 30 years old to rent our home. We do not rent to groups. Our home is best suited for couples, single adults, and small families up to four people. (If you are a party of four, you have reached the maximum occupancy of the property.)

We also offer our home as a short-term winter rental, October through April.
