As you walk past the first of three decks, you enter the receiving hall, to your right is the first of 4 bedrooms, furnished with a daybed/trundle which can be used for sleeping and/or a great place to send the kids to play video games or to watch movies. This bedroom has its own private bathroom which makes this a true private suite. Straight ahead there is convenient access to the spacious garage so packing and unpacking for the beach is a breeze.
As you walk upstairs you enter the grand living space. This level features a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, an eat-at counter with four stools perfect for the kids, and a beautiful mahogany round table with 8 chairs; a lovely decorated living room with a custom queen sleeper sectional upholstered in navy fabric and piped in contrasting white. There are two luxurious navy blue chairs which provide a comfortable place to read or chat. The living room slider leads you to a spacious private deck and ocean breezes. A beautifully decorated half bath, separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and another small deck off the kitchen complete this floor.
The third floor features the bedrooms which are all painted in a beautiful sea blue. First bedroom is the bunkroom complete with a pull out trundle and triple dresser and a large closet. Next bedroom is furnished with a lush upholstered bed, two nightstands and a chest of drawers great for unpacking, this room also contains a spacious closet great for stowing luggage. Then on to a full bathroom complete with a bathtub perfect for the kids or a relaxing bath after a fun filled day at the beach. Last but not least is the luxurious master bedroom suite, furnished with a king sized bed, two nightstands, a triple dresser, a walk in closet and a private bath complete with dual sinks. All bedrooms include brand new quality mattresses.
