The Beach House is an exquisite beach house that is only 1 1/2 blocks to the free Wildwood beach. If you take this short walk to the beach, you will see that it is also where the boardwalk begins on your left and the bike path begins on your right.

The beach house also features a large front deck where you can hear the sounds of the ocean, watch the Friday night fireworks, or catch a glimpse of the beach. It is also great for enjoying that morning cup of coffee or a late night cocktail. If you stay at the beach house, you will have every comfort of a beautiful beach house for a perfect vacation in Wildwood NJ.

The Beach House is a family place for adults over 25 and their children.
The Beach House features three stunning bedrooms. The master bedroom features a four poster cherry wood queen bed and an attached master bath with shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed and bureau that is perfect for another adult couple. The third bedroom is great for kids with two double beds. The generous sized living room has a wide screen TV, a sectional couch with a double sofa bed. All this room is perfect for family entertaining. The kitchen is amazing with amenities such as a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a table for 10.

The beach house is spacious with about 1200 sq. Ft. of space all on one floor. There is also another full bathroom in the hall and a full-size washer and dryer. The Wildwood beach house is a second-floor unit. We do not have off street parking, so we are including a parking permit that will allow one car to park anywhere in Wildwood with a designated Wildwood parking sign. Well behaved pets welcome. $25,500 for May 22nd to September 12th 2026! We will break up the season. May 22nd thru June for $10,000 or July for $12,000 or August thru Sept 12th for $12,000. Anyone who rents a month can add a week for $3000.

Rules: No parties, proms, or senior weeks. No subletting, or parents quietly renting for their under 25 children. Only people who are on the written lease are allowed on the property. No electric car charging. Anyone found to break the rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
