Guests in our recently renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath summer cottage can look forward to:
SPACIOUS FRONT PORCH: perfect for entertaining or relaxing, while getting a glimpse of the ocean
RENOVATED KITCHEN: stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hardwood cabinets, designed to combine modern efficiency with the cottage's vintage charm
REMODELED BATHROOM: classic black and white design, with his and her sinks mounted on granite
ADDITIONAL BATH and LAUNDRY ROOM: the perfect combination of comfort and convenience
CHARMING PATIO with dining set/umbrella, grill and plantings.

We are very particular about the cleanliness of the places we choose for our vacations and as such we are serious about your comfort as well.

Hardwood floors, porcelain tile and sisal rugs, in combination with recently painted rooms & furniture using low to zero VOC materials. All soft surfaces are steam cleaned between each guest. Each mattress is enclosed in allergy/pest proof coverings. We use green practices wherever possible, including wind energy and easy to access recycling bins for your convenience.

We enjoy our guests and stay busy during the off-season looking for ways to improve and maintain your stay at the Cottage. Each year we select one project in the Cottage to update, refresh, replace, or improve.

We do NOT ALLOW SMOKING in the cottage and/or patio porch areas.

A Rental Agreement and Security Deposit are required. As we are owner managed and lovingly maintained, we ask that you leave the Cottage as you found it.

One small, CRATE TRAINED dog may be allowed on a case by cases basis. Pet Fee of $150 per week and pet agreement required.

The Ground floor is split into 2 sections, one belongs to the Cottage, the other is our small Owner's unit, which we use sporadically for personal use, and always let you know if we are there. We have 3 vacation rental locations that we need to manage and maintain, and just dash off to Ventnor when we need a quick overnight break from it all ;)

Smart TVs, w/ ONLY BASIC Cable and Netflix, Amazon, etc.

Only one hour from Philadelphia, Ventnor Happy Ours Cottage is in the middle of everything! A hidden gem nestled between Atlantic City (2 miles to the nearest casino entertainment) and Margate (less than a mile to Margate's shops and restaurants) the Cottage allows you to enjoy all of the entertainment and activities of the Jersey shore along with the peace and quiet of your home-away-from-home.

Guests can easily bike or walk on the boardwalk to AC or Margate as well as being just steps away from the many restaurants, ice cream shoppes and boutiques right here in Ventnor~
