The living room has a beautiful custom sectional that allows you to interact completely with everyone in the room, while still taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean. The dining room is set-up for 6, but just add the 2 extension leaves and you can easily seat 10. You can also seat 4 at the kitchen island for quick or less formal dining.

There is a fantastic deck that overlooks the ocean, with tons of seating. The deck is perfect for afternoon cocktails with friends and family, or an outside dinner at the 10 person table.
