This beautiful three bedroom beach condo provides a home away from home. The condo is located in a family - friendly neighborhood, a block and a half away from the beach, boardwalk and convention center. Close to Fox Park, where free entertainment is held weekly, with a fully equipped fenced- in playground with tennis courts.

This home provides a master bedroom which includes a queen sized bed, private bath, dresser, a large closet with sliding doors, night tables and tv. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, night tables, and armoire. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds, a dresser and a closet. The living room has cathedral ceiling with 2 sofas, two rattan swivel chairs and a tv. One sofa is a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans. The dining room has a large table that seats eight. A private laundry room in the condo contains a full sized washer and dryer.

All rooms have ceiling fans, wifi, and central air.

The large front deck has a beautiful ocean view and has an umbrella and table that seats four. The spacious two car garage and driveway provides worry-free parking, along with room for beach items and bicycles.

Maid service, bed linens & towels are not provided.
Weekly rental price depends on week selected.
1/2 down, balance due one month before arrival.
No pets or groups. Family oriented.

Security deposit of $200 is required, which will be returned within 10 days of departure providing the condo is in the same condition in which it was before your rental.
