Beautiful Beach Block 3 Level Townhouse It is with great pride that we are offering our Brand New Beach Block Townhouse for your family vacationing pleasure, complete with free wireless Internet and digital cable throughout. We can now offer a second unit in the same building with similar amenities to accommodate large multi-family joint vacations.

As you enter the townhouse you are greeted by beautiful hardwood floors.
The first floor features a bedroom which was furnished with a queen sofa bed so it can be used for sleeping and also a place to send the kids to play video game or to watch movies along with a private bath featuring a beautifully tiled shower. There is also convenient access to the garage from the first floor.
The second floor features hardwood floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with maple cabinets, granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplashes, stainless steel appliances and a counter height table with seating for 8. There is also a round table with additional seating for 4. A beautifully decorated living room with a large LCD TV and a fully tiled fireplace, a queen sized sofa bed, two leather cigar chairs and a comfortable sitting area. The living room sliding glass doors leads you to a private deck which offers you ocean views and sea breezes. A half bath and a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer completes this floor.
The third floor features a master bedroom complete with a king sized poster bed covered in Nautica bedding and offers access to a second private deck where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and ocean views. There is even enough room for a crib if needed. Next to the master bedroom there is a beautifully decorated master bath complete with a refreshing shower. Then onto the surf room which has navy blue bunk beds decorated with Pottery Barn bedding along with a trundle underneath. There is a beach themed kids bath complete with a full bath tub for those fun bubble baths. Last but not least there is yet another bedroom complete with a comfortable pillow top queen sized poster bed it too is decorated with Nautica bedding.
All bedrooms have LCD tvs complete with dvd players and brand new mattresses. Our 2nd bedroom offers 1 bunk with a trundle to make sleeping comfortable for 3 and our 4th bedroom has a queen sleeper-sofa and can pose as a den or a bedroom. There are lovely sea inspired touches throughout making this truly a beach getaway.

Free beach access. Located on beach block. Great boardwalk complete with amusement piers, shops and the ever famous tram car. We have provided a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Our townhouse contains fire sprinkler system. We have provided for your pleasure many board games, cards, PS2 video system complete with guitar hero, we also have provided dvds, books etc.

There is offstreet parking for 3 cars.
