Welcome to Sun Ray Beach Homes! Our vacation rentals are shore to please and conveniently located on Central Avenue in beautiful Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. The 4 colorful homes and 1 apartment surround our heated mineral pool and are steps away from Jenkinson's beach and boardwalk. With different options to choose from and so much to do within walking distance, it's a perfect fit for families.
All homes are fully furnished, air-conditioned, with Cable TV (some smart tv's) and wireless Internet. Our unique property allows for private and shared patio areas, set up with umbrella table sets, a propane barbecue grill per home, outdoor showers, and plenty of room for family play and fun in the sun. You also have off street parking in our private lot and the options for permits for street parking if needed.
**Our Pink House sleeps 10 people w/1 bed & bath on the 1st floor and 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 2nd floor.
** The Pink Poolside Apartment sleeps 4 w/ 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
**The Yellow House sleeps 10 people w/1 bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor and 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
**The Blue Bungalow sleeps 4 people with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom all on 1 level.
**The Red Townhouse sleeps 5 people with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the 2nd floor.
