This house is located at 32 C Street in Seaside Park. It is 7 houses from the ocean. We rent the rear building and we live in the front house. The rear building has 2 apartments. We rent both together in July and August and in June and September we rent the apartments separately. Each unit sleeps a maximum of 6 (So renting both together sleeps maximum of 12)
This first unit is on the first floor of the two family house in a quiet residential area. The living room, dining room and kitchen were renovated 4 years ago. It has an open floor plan. The living room has a queen hide-a-bed. It has two bedrooms; one has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have additional flat screen TV s. The kitchen has newer cabinets, and appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave). The full bath has a stall shower. Parking is on the street. There are no meters and has ample parking.
The other unit is the second floor apartment. It has an vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, dining room and living room with an open floor plan. The kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. It has two bedrooms: 1 queen bed, the other has 2 twin beds. The living room has a queen pull out sofa. It has one Full Bath that has a stall shower. The second floor apartment has 2 parking spots in the driveway.
Each apartment has central air, the use of in ground pool for tenants to use, it has separate patio areas, shared gas grill, and outside shower with changing room. Laundry Room and pool use are for the tenants only.
Family Renters- Great property for families who want to vacation together but stay in separate dwellings. During July and August we are renting both Units together to one family. May, June, and September we will rent separately.

Off Street Parking for second floor apartment. Plenty of parking on the street as well.
