Each apartment has central air, the use of in ground pool for tenants to use, it has separate patio areas, shared gas grill, and outside shower with changing room. Laundry Room and pool use are for the tenants only.
Family Renters- Great property for families who want to vacation together but stay in separate dwellings. During July and August we are renting both Units together to one family. May, June, and September we will rent separately.
