The house includes a boat slip, parking for 3 cars( 2 in driveway one behind, 3 televisions with cable, 4 beach tags , deck with table and chairs along with an upper deck, grill, Keurig, life jacks various sizes, beach chairs , floats and a high chair if needed.
There is no smoking and no pets allowed. We do not rent to senior or college students.
