My family and I had the pleasure of renting this beautiful Condo for 4 great weeks from mid July to mid August. The location couldn t have been better. My teenage daughter was able to cruise the boardwalk at night or day and the beach was just seconds away. The Condo is breathtaking from the minute you walk in the front door. It is completely stocked for your vacation needs. We loved the fact that we parked our car and never had to move it until we left. I can not wait to get down to the condo next season. It was an extremely enjoyable 4 weeks and had everything we needed at our fingertips. Thank you again for sharing your Condo with us. We will see you next season.

The location was fantastic for a family who loves to get out and enjoy the beach, boardwalk, and dining. Steps to the Boardwalk @ 24th Ave No streets to cross to get to the boardwalk Walk under the boardwalk at 24th and straight down the walkway to the beach. No long walks in the sand from this fabulous location.4 NEW television sets including a brand new 42" flatscreen TV in the fam rm and all flatscreen TVs in each BR. Cable Wifi Cathedral ceiling in master bedroom and great room.. All bedrooms have windows to let the beautiful sun in! Family Room: cath. ceilings Lazy Boy queen sleeper sofa ,love seat ottoman lrg coffee table 42" TV. Wall unit stocked w games (Scrabble, Monopoly, Poker chips cards, Candyland, Operation, Chutes and Ladders, books, magazines. Slider to the large balcony.

The kitchen is open and privides every convenience. Local phone service

The dining area has a beautiful 54" square table with 8 chairs. Separate laundry room with a full size GE W/D. The master suite has a king sized bed with premium pillowtop mattress and a TV. There is a large closet and master bath with a full sz tub shower.

Leave the blow dryers at home, I ve provided one in each bathroom.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed with prem pillowtop mattress, TV and large closet.

The 3rd b r is a kids treasure with a full wall closet, pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). There is also a TV. The kids will find more toys & books too.

Two car garage w private storage rm where you ll find beach chairs BEACH CART umbrella, buckets and shovels and more. The enclosed outside shower and a hose are out back.

We have room to park two cars in our garage.
