PARKING: There is no dedicated onsite parking. Free street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, and Ocean City also offers several free public parking lots nearby.

TVs: There are Smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix with your own credentials. There is no cable.

STAIRS: This apartment is located on the second floor and requires two flights of stairs to access. There is no elevator.

SHARED SPACES or MULTI UNIT BLDG: This apartment is located on the second floor of a mixed use building. The first floor is occupied by a local breakfast caf, there is one additional residential unit as well. Your apartment is completely private, there are no shared indoor living spaces or outdoor amenities. The only common space is a shared entry stairway.

PETS: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. No exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

HVAC: This home features central heating and central air conditioning. The thermostat is located in the kitchen to the left of the oven.

LAUNDRY: A private washer and dryer are located just off the primary ensuite bathroom, making it easy to keep beach towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay.

BEACH TAGS: Seven complimentary beach tags are provided for your stay. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged beach tags.
