The owner's private suite occupies the first floor, while your vacation home is completely private. The only shared areas are the front entrance and interior hallway used to access each residence. Once upstairs, you'll have exclusive use of the entire vacation home and all of its amenities.

Sweeping ocean views steal the show from the moment you step onto the main living level. Floor to ceiling windows fill the home with natural light, creating the perfect gathering space. Challenge friends to a game of pool or darts, take in the coastline through the telescope, then relax in the spacious living room with comfortable reclining seating and a large Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, French door refrigerator, and a thoughtfully stocked coffee bar with coffee, sugar, creamer, and tea. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats twelve, making it perfect for family meals and celebrations.

Just outside, the expansive oceanfront deck features a comfortable outdoor sectional, dining table, BBQ grill, and breathtaking views of the beach just steps away.

The owner's private suite occupies the first floor and is not accessible to guests. The only shared areas are the front entrance and interior hallway used to access each private residence. Once inside your private space, every amenity is exclusively yours to enjoy. Guests will have self check in with a smart lock, allowing you to arrive at your convenience any time after check in.

Neighborhood Overview:
Nestled along the shoreline just south of Atlantic City, this Ventnor home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Located on charming Oakland Ave, youll be close to local cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and Ventnors beautiful beach and boardwalk (only 1.5 blocks!). Enjoy a quieter, more laid-back beach town atmosphere while still being just minutes from the casinos, nightlife, and entertainment of Atlantic City, as well as the dining and shopping of nearby Margate. Dont miss Ventnors popular summer Farmers Market every Friday from 8am-12pm.

PARKING: There is one dedicated off street parking space. Additional free street parking is available nearby and no parking permits are required.

TVs: There are Smart TVs in the living room and Bedroom 3. Log into your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Max, Disney+, and Prime Video using your own credentials. There is no cable.

MULTI UNIT HOME: This listing includes the private second and third floors of a three story beachfront home. The owner's private suite occupies the first floor. Guests have exclusive access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, balconies, decks, hot tub, fitness room, and every other amenity. The only shared areas are the front entrance and interior hallway used to access each private residence.

STAIRS: Approximately 20 stairs are required to access the main living level of the home, with an additional 10 to 12 stairs leading to the upper bedroom level. There is no elevator.

BEACH: This home is located directly on the beach with unobstructed ocean views. Beach tags are provided during the season and can be found hanging to the right of the front entrance.

PETS: Dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

HVAC: The home has a central heating and air conditioning system. Guests can adjust the temperature from the thermostat inside the unit.

PET POLICY: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of bookingno exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, youll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
