This beautiful condominium with spectacular panoramic views of the Ocean, Bay and North Wildwood is located in the heart of the entertainment district.

Wake up each morning to awe-inspiring sunrises, while sitting on your rooftop deck with a good book or taking in views of the ocean! Then relax in the evening with views of the sunset as you finish your day at the beach!

OPEN FLOOR PLAN with living/kitchen/dining areas all together for family socializing. Walk out to the veranda, just off the living room, where there is seating for up to six people. Views of the Ocean, Walnut Avenue and the Olde New Jersey Entertainment District.

Considering those that may struggle with steps, this unit has a ground floor entrance and a stair lift to the main level and also a second stair lift to the upper level, to access any of the four bedrooms upstairs. So, it is possible to travel safely throughout the main living space and bedrooms.

ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features ROKU SMART WiFi connected to LED TVs located in the living room and ALL FIVE bedrooms. Log on to your favorite streaming entertainment providers including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora and more. Not to mention, we have high speed wireless internet. There is a selection of board games and books for kids and adults.

Enjoy the FULLY EQUIPPED GOURMET KITCHEN to cook your family meals on the main level. It is quite spacious with plenty of cabinet and counter space...Includes a Keurig duo-Coffee maker with carafe and K-cups, Crock Pot, Pots/Pans, 4-slot toaster, blender, baking sheets, mixing bowls, hand-mixer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator with ice/water, microwave oven and plenty of dishes, silverware and reusable storage containers and a large island seating area for four people. Dining area offers seating for eight people, to accommodate gatherings for dining and/or games.

Upper Level Bedrooms:
Wake up to the morning sun streaming into your large master bedroom...walk out to your own private deck to enjoy a cup of coffee. This large master bedroom ensuite is located on the upper level with KING bed (1), two rockers, a Keurig coffee maker, a super quiet ceiling fan with remote and a 43" Smart TV. Walk-in closet with iron and ironing board, dresser and two end tables, including power towers. A large master bath with double sink, large walk-in shower, soaking tub and hair dryer.

Bedroom #2 is large bedroom with TWO Full beds with under bed drawers (2). Two Double panel wall closets, a chest of drawers and one end table with a power tower, super quiet ceiling fan and 43" smart TV. This bedroom offers tons of light coming in from the two large windows, which have mini blinds and curtains.

Bedroom #3 is beautifully decorated and includes a FULL bed (1) with dresser, two end tables with a power tower, super quiet ceiling fan, and a 43" Smart TV and a double panel wall closet. Quiet "back of the house" bedroom with tons of sunlight from the two large windows, which have cordless mini blinds.

Main Level Bedroom:
Bedroom #4 is on the main floor and great for kids with TWIN beds (2) and a dresser, one end table with power tower and a 43" Smart TV. Double panel wall closet and one window with cordless mini blinds.

Ground Level Bedroom:
Bedroom #5 is located on the ground level just off the main entrance. This room has a FULL bed (1), double sliding door closet, ceiling fan and an end table with power tower. Ideal for a quiet restful sleep, as there is no window and it is farthest from the main portion of the house. It also has its own sitting room for the kids to hang out or for someone who wants "their own space".

There are 3 full bathrooms with tub/shower, full size vanity and hair dryer (master bath and bath #2 on upper level and bath#1 on main level)

ALL BEDROOMS have luggage racks, and the beds have a mattress cover, sleeping pillows and a comforter. We will not be providing bath or beach towels nor linens for the beds. You are welcome to bring your own or check out one of the local companies that deliver all linens and towels right to your door.

In addition to the two decks on the main level and off the master bedroom, there is also a very large "common area" rooftop deck with views of the Ocean, the Bay and North Wildwood. We offer two seating arrangements for the entire family and your friends, with a high top and 4 chairs looking out onto the ocean and E Walnut Ave and a dining table that seats 6 ppl.

Watch the Friday night fireworks (in season) or enjoy drinks and a meal with the family on this spacious rooftop deck.

There is a FULL SIZE LG large capacity washer/dryer in the laundry room on the main level. An outdoor shower in the back of the condo building and storage in the private full size garage, which holds a vehicle (1) inside and two vehicles (2) on the driveway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wheel cart are also located in the garage. There is also a a 5-burner Kenmore Master Grill to use during your stay

GUEST ACCESS...
Enter through your own private entrance with a keyless lock, using your own 4-digit door code. You will have the entire beach condo and the garage area for your use. There is also access to the private outdoor shower at the back of the building.

TRASH PICK UP...NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Why interrupt your vacation to take out the trash/recycling to the curb TWICE A WEEK?! No way! We take care of this for you...at no extra charge! Just one of the many perks we provide for our guests.

Another perk...FREE PARKING throughout North Wildwood (wherever the ParkMobile app is accepted), when you use the NWW Parking Permit that we provide to our guests...again, no extra charge for this very valuable perk! (one car parking permit included with your rental stay)
