"Saltwater Splendor" very comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find "Saltwater Splendor" stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Freshly laundered Quilts, Sheets, and Towel Sets are provided for each bedroom/bathroom (dont forget to pack your beach towels, or ask us about renting them through our linen partner!).

Other things to note
The Five bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a KING size bed, reading nook, and spacious en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are spacious and feature Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms and the 5th bedroom features a very spacious pyramid bunk, queen on the bottom full on the top. Now under new ownership, some cosmetic updates may not be reflected in the photographs.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
