Our home offers a spacious open floor plan designed for relaxation and gathering:

- Outdoor Living: Access to a backyard with an enclosed outdoor shower and front patio with seating for relaxing and dining.

- Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The condo features 4 newly furnished bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. ***We provide all linens and bath towels!***

Amenities & Parking

Beach Gear: We provide 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella (located in the garage).
Note: To keep our home clean, please rinse all sand off gear and yourself in the backyard enclosed shower before returning items to the garage.

Parking: Two dedicated spaces (one in the private garage and one in the driveway).

Other things to note:
The entrance to the condo is located on the right side of the building. Please note that Unit 2 is located on the second floor, 30 steps up.

No rentals to guests under 25 years old
No pets allowed
Beach Towels not provided (Please bring your own)
No smoking or vaping inside condo

We take great pride in our home and ask that you do the same!
*Please take care of all furnishings and refrain from rearranging the furniture.
*Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages incurred during their stay.

To help our cleaning crew prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask that you complete the following before check-out:

Kitchen: All dishes must be cleaned and returned to their original cabinet shelves. Please ensure the dishwasher is run and emptied.

Linens: Strip the beds and gather used towels. Please place dirty linens, comforters, and towels in separate piles.

Trash & Recycling: All trash must be removed from the unit and placed in the labeled bins outside.

Note: Please ensure bins are placed at the curb on assigned pickup days (schedule provided at check-in).
