Cancellation Policy: Fully refundable if cancelled in writing 30 days or more prior to check-in date; Cancellations less than 30 days prior to check-in date shall be handled as follows: (a) if Owner is able to rebook for same period, deposit is refundable minus 10% administrative fee and any shortfall in rebooking rate; or (b) deposit is forfeit if Owner is unable to rebook the unit for the same period.
