Welcome to the West Avenue Sol Retreat! Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath second floor condo in a cozy boutique-style building right in the heart of Ocean City! 2 parking spots included! 2 Queen beds. 1 twin bed. Queen sleeper sofa.
This condo sleeps 7 comfortably and is walking distance (5 blocks) to the beach and boardwalk! 1 block from the famous Asbury Ave shops and restaurants. Park your car & head out around town!
Enjoy the convenience of the Acme steps away as well as a playground and basketball court to the rear of the building (9th street park). Condo is furnished with 1 queen bed, a twin over queen bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Sheets and towels are included.

Deck box for beach gear storage, outside shower to rinse off and a bike rack are available for your convenience. Plus you are surrounded by cafes, grocery shopping and all that Asbury Ave has to offer!

Comforters with duvet covers. All duvet covers will be changed in between each rental.
Bike rack for your convenience. Bring your own lock if needed.
Outdoor shower (not enclosed) and hose available to rinse off sand
Cleaning supplies and a vacuum, dust pan & brush.

Beach wagon with sand wheels INCLUDED. Located in deck box provided outside with lock. See image in photos.

LINENS: we ask that you strip the beds before leaving & place all sheets and pillow cases in linen bags provided (located in trundle drawers under bunk bed)
For stays up to 4 nights, each person will receive:
1 Bath towel, 1 hand towel, 2 washcloths
Fort stays greater than 4 nights, each person will receive:
2 Bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 washcloths.

No shampoos or toiletries. Please remember to bring your own.
Hand & dish soaps are PROVIDED.
Washing machine only takes HE detergent or pods. Pods will be provided. If you bring your own detergent or pods, please be sure they are HE (high efficiency).

Steps are 1/2 flight followed by 1 full flight up to the unit. There is no elevator.

Deck box located outside of the building for the convenience of storing your beach chairs, toys, and other beach accessories. A lock is provided. PLEASE DO NOT BRING SANDY BEACH CHAIRS INTO THE CONDOMINIUM. If you need further assistance with this, please don't hesitate to ask

NO PETS ALLOWED PLEASE

NO SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, CIGARS, MARIJUANA OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE UNIT or ON THE DECK!! A $350 fine will be charged for violation of this house rule. Thank you for your cooperation!

All renters must purchase a damage insurance policy for $79. The damage waiver fee is a one time non-refundable fee that will be added to your invoice upon booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be mindful of noise and occupancy. No loud parties or late night music (after 10pm). There are businesses on the 1st floor and tenants in the other units. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Trash/Recycling:
Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. You can put your trash out anytime in the cans provided in the parking area located at the back of the building.
Remember to separate recycling according to the instructions in the unit. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Parking:
2 designated parking spaces are provided for your convenience. A sign for UNIT C will be displayed. If you are bringing only 1 car, do not park in the forward spot or you may get blocked in.

Keypad code for access to front door will be provided 2 days before check-in

Checkout Reminders:

1- REMINDER TO LEAVE BEACH TAGS ON HOOKS PROVIDED. A $35 fee per tag will be charged for each tag lost.

2- Fill and run the dishwasher before exiting the unit (dishwasher pods provided)

3- Place used towels in washing machine & start cycle before leaving. Do not overfill (laundry pods & instructions provided). If there is room, place used kitchen towels, dishcloths, blankets in the washing machine with your used towels. Any towels that do not fit in this first load, leave on floor by washing machine for cleaning service.

4- Strip all beds & place all sheets in linen bags provided (linen bags located in trundle drawers under bunk bed)
PLEASE DO NOT PUT WET TOWELS IN LINEN BAGS WITH SHEETS!

5-Close all lights and doors before exiting

6- Take out all trash and recycling

7- Remember belongings from deck box & please lock deck box

8- Sign out from your streaming apps on all TV's. Please shut off all TV's and leave remotes behind

9- turn thermostat to 74 degrees. Do not turn off A/C
