This spacious first-floor getaway offers nearly 1,600 sq ft of beautifully updated, beach living perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Wildwood Crest. Located in the Carousel by the Sea, which is located within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and much more.
The interior highlights include a primary bedroom suite with a king sized bed, full bathroom with a shower/tub, and sliding doors that open to the private deck. The second bedroom features a queen and double size bed, while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has windows with sunlight and closets for storage. The condo provides a private furnished deck perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The living area features a large palladium window filling the room with natural light and ocean views. Flat screen TV, pillows, and comforters.
There is a fully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, ample cabinet space ideal for entertaining, and plenty of kitchen appliances, and essential tools such as cups, plates, bowls, dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and prep tools.
There are two full, tiled bathrooms with double sink vanities, shower/tub, and plenty of storage space. Bath towels are provided, but must be laundered at the end of your stay. The laundry room is in a dedicated location with a full size washer and dryer.
There is a selection of board games, card games, and children's books to borrow.
The outdoor & building amenities feature a heated swimming pool and hot tub, BBQ area, and ample outdoor seating with umbrellas, secure entry to elevator access, dedicated 2 car parking, and private ground floor storage for beach gear, chairs, and toys.
Linens are not provided, but referrals to linen companies can be sent. Cleaning company also has sheets available for a set price. Starter paper supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided.
Situated on the beach block, you're just a short stroll to the World Famous Wildwood Boardwalk, gorgeous Crest beaches, basketball courts, recreation center, Centennial Park with its splash zone, playground, free concerts, bike rentals, food truck festivals, and seasonal events. Only minutes away, explore historic Cape May with boutique shopping, sightseeing, top rated dining, and festive holiday attractions.
The condo warmly welcomes responsible families, and adult only. No senior week, proms, or Spring break bookings. Must be at least 25 years to rent.
