Modern & delightful decor, relaxed/serene beach house with all of the comforts just steps to the beach and The Delaware Bay. The white sandy beach is privately owned by our homeowners association and offers warm/calm waters for swimming and water sports. Sit and rock on the front porch, to the sound of the waves or soak up the view of The Delaware Bay and the most beautiful sunsets that draw onlookers for miles around. Relax in the large backyard gazebo! Children and pets are safe in the completely fenced backyard. The house sleeps 6 in beds (with quality bedding/mattresses). We provide ample cookware/dishes, with full-sized kitchen appliances for your convenience, a formal living room with 2 pullout couches & a large flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with a bathtub, a Florida Room with 4 recliners for those cozy movie nights with a large flat-screen TV, an 18 foot furnished and screened in Gazebo, a large/very private outdoor shower room (with bamboo flooring and a roof), outdoor dining tables, gas grill, 4 large Adirondack chairs on a private patio for taking in the view of the bay and Sunsets, full Cable TV line up and streaming TV channels. Free high-speed internet at 500 mbps. We also provide 4 Cape May City beach tags for guest use if the ocean waves are your preference.

~ Cleanliness standards at The Bayview Cottage ~

Enhanced protocols and our Commitment to the Cleaning/Sanitizing Process We have always demanded the highest levels of cleanliness as its our obsession to provide a clean and comfortable home away from home for our guests. Since the COVID outbreak, we have an established rigorous cleaning /sanitizing regime using the best cleansers with antibacterial agents to insure complete sanitization for the entire house with serious attention to all touch points.
Air Purification The deep cleaning we do in between check-out and check-in will now include a 30-minute 3 stage particle and germ filtration (with 3 filters including HEPA) with the final stage being a UVC irradiation. This process will clean/filter the air to remove dust, germs and viruses. Guests will arrive to our purifiers still running on low speed although their jobs will be completed. Guests can feel free to leave them running on low or shut them off for the duration of your stay.

We provide blankets, pillows, pillow protectors and mattress pads which are cleaned weekly. We do not provide sheets. This home has 1 queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin pullouts in the living room. Please know that the remaining throw pillows, curtains and furniture fabrics are sprayed with antibacterial agents and the white coverlets on the beds are bleached along with mattress pads for each stay. Our mattresses are encased with allergen/dust/mite proof covers as a matter of course. There are 6 pillows left in the house for guest use currently.
