Listing Notes:
This home is a single family attached home, meaning it shares one wall with the home next door. Next door is a ground floor commercial unit with residential on the second floor which is occupied by a family year round. All spaces, entrances, and amenities are private and not shared with the home next door.

PARKING:
We do not have a driveway at the property. There is free street parking available. We provide 2 parking passes that can be used. Please ensure these passes are returned to the house upon checkout. If not returned or lost upon checkout, there will be a fee of $200 per pass.

STAIRS REQUIRED:
There are approximate 3 stairs required to enter the main floor/living space, 12 stairs to gain access to the 2nd floor of the home where two of the four bedrooms are located including the master, then 12 steps to gain access to the 3rd floor where the final 2 bedrooms are located.

DAMAGE WAIVER:
When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

The charge listed as insurance fee covers your purchase of $1,500 in all risk damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
