A new home is currently under construction on the neighboring property. Guests may experience construction related noise during permitted working hours.

Per local regulations during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), construction is generally permitted:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: No construction permitted

Additionally, pile driving is only permitted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during this period. Structure demolition, jackhammers, and generators are prohibited during the summer season.

The deck features comfortable seating for over 9 guests, plus an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. String lights add a warm ambiance in the evenings (remote is located on the wall to the right of the sliding door).

Beds are made with fresh linens. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. Enjoy the convenience of beach chairs, towels, and tags. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected throughout the home. We also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, and detergents!
