Listing Notes:
PARKING: Up to 2 vehicles can fit in the garage with an additional two vehicles in the driveway

TVs: There are TV's in the living room and bedrooms. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

STAIRS: 10-12 stairs required to reach the 1st floor and an additional 10-12 stairs required to reach the 2nd floor.

HVAC: The home is heated and cooled via a central heat and air conditioning system controlled via a wall mounted thermostat on the 1st floor.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of bookingno exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
