Enjoy your beach vacation in this brand new constructed condo! The unit is decorated with every comfort thought out for you and your family. After a long day at the beach, you and your family will enjoy relaxing on the roof top deck. Best place in town to view the Friday night Fireworks. Washer and dryer is available in the unit. The unit will comfortable sleep 10.
Location is key, you will just be just 2 blocks from the beach and all the entertainment. 2 parking spots are included.
From the moment you walk in you will be wowed by the open space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need if you plan on preparing meals during your stay. All appliances are brand new.
When you return from a fun day at the beach there is a fully enclosed outdoor shower to allow for everyone to get the sand off. The master bath offers a large two head shower, to help with relaxing all the muscles you used playing in the sand.
The full bath off of the hallway offers a tub for those that have little ones that enjoy playing in the bathtub.
One bedroom has a brand new king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds. A Full over full and Twin over Twin. Plenty of room for everyone. We offer linens, so no need to add to your packing, we will take care of that for you. The king and queen bedroom's are equipped with a Smart TV that will allow you to connect to all your favorite streaming apps.
The deck offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun comes up, or a relaxing opportunity for winding down in the evenings.
Please note, that toiletries such as soaps, shampoo, conditioner are not supplied. Nor is dish soap, sponges, or laundry detergent.
We will consider renting to under 25, please see house rules for further details.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit. You will receive an itinerary the day before check in that has all the details for the digital lock codes and check in instructions.
Other things to note
I have a full-time local property manager that is available during your stay if you were to need anything. My goal as a host is to provide you and your family with a clean, well-maintained unit to enjoy your vacation in.
