Wildwood Charm
Wildwood is a lively, family-friendly beach town known for its nostalgic boardwalk, beautiful beaches, and vibrant amusement parks. From thrilling rides and water parks to retro motels and mid-century architecture, Wildwood offers a unique blend of classic seaside fun and modern attractions.
Important Details:
Age Policy: The house is NOT available to groups or individuals under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. No prom or senior week rentals.
Rental Agreement: The primary guest must sign a short-term rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID at booking.
No Smoking/Vaping & No Pets: Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional expenses.
Linens & Towels: Guests must bring their own bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
Cleaning: No cleaning service is provided during your stay.
Supplies Provided: Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent are included.
Weekly Rentals Only: Available Saturday to Saturday from mid-June through the end of August.
Check-In/Out: Check-in at 3 PM; Check-out by 10 AM.
Parking Perks:
There is off-street parking available for up to 7 cars. In addition, free parking is available on 20th Avenue, so you can leave your car and walk to all your favorite Wildwood attractions.
