We are looking for the remainder 2025 but we have spring and fall 2026 dates available-a beautiful time at the shore. If the summer week you were interested in was taken this year, contact us anyway to pre-book for 2026 at no charge!

Beds are freshly made for you upon arrival. One set of bath towels (set = 1 bath towel per adult/one per child, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths per person) and one pool towel per registered guest are provided. You are welcome to bring additional but remember there is a laundry room.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 27 YEARS OLD TO RENT. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING/VAPING. NO Senior week, proms or large non-family groups. CLICK SHORE SUMMER RENTAL UNDER 25 PAGE FOR PROPERTIES THAT WILL RENT TO THOSE GROUPS :) ID will be required. Check in will be in person at the property, unless otherwise indicated.

-Security Camera Disclaimer: There are security cameras at the front door and back door. There is a security camera in the back yard but it will be turn off and a privacy cover put over the lens. By renting this house you acknowledge the presence of these cameras and it is implied you do not have an issue with them. There are NO cameras inside the house

-3-night minimum for off-season rentals; extended Labor Day weekend and extended off-season rental available. Please inquire.

-The pool is open from mid-April through mid-October.

-Storage: all bedrooms have dressers except for bunk bed room, that room has bed frames that fit a suitcase underneath and a small dresser.

-Rentals are Saturday to Saturday through summer, or if accommodations are made per tenant

-Fully stocked kitchen, including an extensive set of beautiful bar glasses, dishes, coffee mugs, and an array of spices.

-Wifi included. Bring your own passwords to log into any streaming app you subscribe to on all televisions throughout the house.

-Parking: There is one off street spot in front of the house.

-Included Amenities: beds made with included sheets, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, 1 clothes steamer and 1 hair dryer. Blender, toaster, and cooking utensils and fully equipped kitchen. If you are looking for something specific please inquire. We will reply asap.

-The $350 cleaning fee is the same regardless of the length of your stay.

-A welcome guide will be provided with more details about the house after lease signing.
