THIS UNIT SLEEPS 6 (2 BEDS IN BR & 1 SLEEPER SOFA IN LR). WE ALSO HAVE A SEPERATE OPTIONAL LOCK-OUT UNIT THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE MAIN UNIT THAT SLEEPS 4 (1 QUEEN BED & 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA). BOTH UNITS HAVE DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEWS, SEPARATE ENTRANCES, BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS. PLEASE INQUIRE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORATION.
