ROOFTOP DECK: The property features a private balcony and an expansive Rooftop Deck for your enjoyment. The Rooftop deck offers panoramic 360-degree views of the city, including views of the beach and boardwalk. This dwelling is the only one on the entire block with a rooftop deck. Fireworks: Every Friday Night in the summer, the City performs a Fireworks extravaganza at the end of Pine Avenue.

BEACH/BOARDWALK BLOCK: This property is located on the beach block and is just feet from the boardwalk. Our Carport affords you off-street parking for three vehicles. There is no better location in the city than E. Pine Avenue, as it's situated directly between both amusement piers. Once you park, you will likely not have to move your car, as you can walk to virtually everything. You're just steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. A coffee shop is at the end of the street on the boardwalk.

OUTSIDE: There is a secure outside closet for your beach gear and bikes. Theres an outside shower and a backyard where you can use the grill. There are complimentary beach chairs for your usage.

PETS: A $350 Pet Fee Applies per dog (maximum of 2 dogs). Only small non-shedding dogs under 30-pounds are permitted if they are contained within the following List: Affenpinscher, American Hairless Terrier, Australian Silky Terrier, Basenji, Bedlington Terrier, Bichon Frise, Border Terrier, Brussels Griffon, Cairn Terrier, Chinese Crested, Cotton de Tulear, Danie Dinmont Terrier, Fox Terrier, Havanese, Italian Greyhound, Kerry Blue Terrier, Komondor, Lakeland Terrier, Maltese Terrier, Mexican Hairless, Norwich Terrier, Puli, Sealyham Terrier, Schnauzer, Scottish Terrier, Shih Tzu, Tibetan Terrier, Toy & Miniature Poodle, Welsh Terrier, West Highland White Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier. The OWNER must approve all other breeds not mentioned within this list. All other pets, regardless of how small, are strictly prohibited. There is a Dog Beach at the end of our street on the beach, only steps away!

CLIENTELE: We do not rent to groups under 25-years of age. There are no exceptions; we strictly enforce these policies. If anyone under the age of 25 years old books a Reservation, it will be cancelled without a Refund. We cater to Families, and most of our guests return year after year. We do not allow rentals for prom or graduation.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Master & 2nd Bedroom: Queen Beds, TV & DVD player. New Master Bedroom Furniture- Dresser & Mirror, Night Stands, Bed with Premium Mattress and Box-spring 3rd Bedroom: twin/full bunk bed, which features another Twin Mattress located underneath the bunk bed. TV & PlayStation 4. All beds are equipped with pillows, blankets, and comforters; however, Linens (sheets & pillowcases) are not provided. Living Room: Complimentary ROKU TV, Comfortable sectional with a full-size sleeper. Linens: Bath and Beach Towels, sheets, and Pillowcases are not provided. Pillows and blankets are provided. Beach Chairs and a Secured Outside Storage Closet are available to store your bikes or beach items. The Cleaning Fee is $250, Dog Fee: $350 per dog (see list of approved breeds)
