The lower level has a rear deck off of the den equipped with outdoor lounge furniture and the deck leads to a nice private backyard area. A single garage stall adds to the large paved driveway for ample off-street parking. The home is fully furnished with beds in each room and mattresses are encased with a zipped mattress cover for sanity purposes. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The kitchen is furnished with most everything you will need to cook for a large family including but not limited to stemware, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, coffee makers, a blender, Crockpot and more.
