Walking distance to most restaurants/stores! Great for couples, families, and small groups. Beach badges are included and one on-site complimentary parking spot along with a propane grill for use & Cable/Wifi.

The space:
Private condo set back that is ground level. There are no stairs inside this unit. Large, updated two bedroom and two bathroom condo, fully furnished, 1,000 sq ft. Full eat-in kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee machine, oven and stove top. All necessary cooking utensils/glassware included. Window-in air-conditioning that is highly efficient. Spacious patio for entertaining with a propane grill. Excellent spot for families, couples or small groups.

Condo sleeps 6 people comfortably.

*MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO STAY- PROM RENTALS/UNDERAGED GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY, SORRY!

***Due to personal preferences and allergies, please bring your own personal hygienic items such as shampoo, body soap/wash, deodorant, tooth brush etc... Bath towels included, beach towels are not.

*You are provided with toilet paper to start, however, for longer stays with a larger group/family, please bring your own. It is unknown to the host how much you will use.

***Must be honest about how many people are in your party for an adequate set-up. If groups are not honest about the amount of people staying, they may be told to leave and receive no refund.

*You are only charged security if items are missing or damaged.

*** STRICT CHECKOUT TIME
Guest and vehicle must vacate the property and leave all beach badges. There is a $100 fee for every beach badge that is missing. There are local inexpensive parking lots for those who want to stay for a beach day.

**Paper plates, plastic cups and paper towels/napkins are NOT included***

*Bath towels included! Bring your own beach chair/ towels.

*Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Check-in will be at 4 p.m. and check-out will be at 11 a.m.

*Sorry, parking is a commodity here so only ONE complementary parking spot is allowed in the driveway for this rental. Additional parking FREE but during summer months street or in parking lots with a daily rate (during summer months). Additional vehicles parked on premises will be towed at the owners expense.

*Must present documents if you claim your bringing a service pet. Otherwise pet fee applies.

***To make life easier, there is a traditional coffee maker with filters and also a Keurig.
