Unnecessary noises are NOT allowed. Radio and television should be operated in such a way that they do not disturb the other condos. No loud parties at this condo. No late loud music. The other owners and tenants will complain. Please be respectful as to no late loud music. Thank you and enjoy your stay!


Please clean up before you leave; clean bath room, pickup all trash, wash dishes, take out trash, clean bedrooms, take dirty sheets and pillow cases off and leave on beds. If you use washer/dryer, no clothing or dirt or sand in the machine. If you use dishwasher, put away dishes please. This unit will have All Brand new appliances please care for them.
