A heated in-ground pool with LED lighting and 3 back decks plus the pool patio all with outdoor furniture. Only an 8 minute walk to beach access. Two car driveway plus plenty of free on street parking.

All bath towels, linens, and bedding are included. Just bring your beach towels. We also provide a propane flat top grill with propane included, numerous beach chairs, toys, and beach passes (only needed from mid-June to Labor)

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD TO RENT. PLEASE NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE PARTIES. SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
