- We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 (families with children excluded).
- No pets allowed.
- Linens and towels are not provided but can be rented locally.
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, starter pods, are provided.
- 1 driveway parking spot is provided.
- Please rinse off sand at the outdoor shower before entering the unit.

Booking Information:
- Seasonal bookings available from May to October with 3-4 nights minimum excluding July and August which is a 7 day minimum starting at $275/night.
