3: The primary renter has to be 25 years or older and must stay at the home during the entire stay.
4: Quiet Hours: 10 PM till 8AM - Township requires this and is a courtesy to our neighbors.
5: No Events are allowed to be hosted when renting.
6: Underage alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited and would result in immediate termination of rental agreement and no refunds.
