Some details about our beach cottage:
In Spring 2022, the entire space was freshly painted, new vinyl flooring and all brand new furniture!
In Winter 2024, the house has had an exterior reno! Brand new vinyl siding, new single entry door with keypad lock for access, AND a brand new shower/bathroom.

The driveway parks 2 cars side by side. The living room provides a Roku 58 TV with the ability for you to login to your subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+ and more.

2026 season: Due to the rise in cost with our laundromat, bed sheets and towels will not be included unless requested at the time of booking for an additional fee or we can refer you to our local vendor to arrange with directly. We appreciate your understanding.

Otherwise, 3 night minimum for weekdays
- Check-In: 4 PM; Check-Out: 10 AM
- Early check and late checkouts cannot be accommodated during peak season due to the cleaning service schedule. Please plan your arrival accordingly.*

Weekly beach badges can be purchased - Guests can access the private beach in just one block. Walk straight down our block and find the access ramp.

Maximum 6 guests per booking- Must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent. Subject to decline reservation* A government photo ID will be requested at the time of booking. Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking's guest count. Air mattresses and additional guests are not permitted. STRICTLY ENFORCED Violations are subject to fines, cancellation, and evictions without a refund.

Memory foam mattresses for all beds except trundle, trundle is a standard mattress.

Amenities:
The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig Slim coffee maker, toaster oven/air fryer duo, microwave, gas cooktop, pots/pans, dishes, kids dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher.

- Refrigerator, Freezer (no ice maker; ice trays provided)
- Brita water pitcher
- No washer/dryer* - laundromat is 2-3 minute drive down the road <1.5 miles.
- A few beach chairs are in the outdoor shed.
- Gas cooktop, 4 burners no oven*
- High-speed internet Verizon Fios
- Kitchen gadgets: can opener, lemon squeezer, wine/bottle opener, bottle corks, cutting boards, teapot, ice bucket, a cocktail shaker.

We want everyone to enjoy their stay and have fun but this home has some rules that we expect our guests to follow and respect our home as if it was your own :)

Garbage: Regular trash MUST be in black bags only & are provided. This is part of the local code*
- All garbage must be brought to the end of the driveway on Mondays & Thursdays by 7 AM- we kindly request that you help follow the trash schedule to avoid build up please put it out on both days if you are here for M & TH.
- Recycling is to be brought out on Thursdays by 7 AM

House Rules:
No parties or events are allowed, No smoking allowed, No more than 2 cars in the driveway, and no blocking of the driveway.
