The sun hits the back of the house first, bedrooms are on the side and front. Minimal traffic. Or enjoy the feel and smell of the bay breeze on the front deck with your morning beverage, there is a coffee bar in the kitchen with Keurig coffees and teas. Use the awning in the afternoon when the suns comes around, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the bird sanctuary across the street. There are no houses across from this home, just trees.

The Jersey bay is home to natural wetlands and wildlife where you can find shorebirds, song birds, turtles, frogs, horseshoe crabs, butterflies, dragonflies, and dolphins are commonly seen close to the shore. Find Cape May diamonds along the bay as well as shells and maybe even a sharks tooth. Paddleboard and kayak rentals nearby. Basketball courts 2 blocks away, ball is in garage. Horseshoes and cornhole out back if you're staying in or end of the day fun.

Del Haven is home to the best sunsets in NJ - make it a nightly ritual to walk the beach and take your best vacation photos! Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils if you want to cook indoors and a new Blackstone griddle out back with cozy outdoor dining area. Plenty of local dining choices with multiple cuisines for eat in or take out. 5 minutes from Wawa (with a gas station), CVS, Gaiss' market - a local one stop shop with the highest quality meats, hoagies and sandwiches, fresh baked bread, house made sauces and salads and award winning chili, hot dogs and kielbasa - and Fleck's ice cream - it is almost impossible to resist going every night, they're that good. 10 minutes inland from a large, clean grocery store, and multiple large chain retailers. But stay local and enjoy Jersey fresh farm stands with local fruits, vegetables, honey and home baked goodies galore! 15 minutes from Cape May, full of shopping, antiquing, hiking, history, beautiful beaches, wineries, theater, whale watching tours and famous ghost walks! 20-25 minutes from Wildwood with world famous boardwalk, rides, food, games, very large beaches and don't forget the Doo Wop!
