The living room features a gas-burning fireplace and opens to a dining area and newly renovated custom chef s kitchen with designer cabinets, custom tile, quartz countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf dual range, a massive center island and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool, backyard and afternoon sun. A mudroom offers a second refrigerator, powder room and laundry room. The rear deck features a Napoleon grill and overlooks the private, in-ground heated pool surrounded by a paver patio and a beautifully landscaped yard. The expansive first-floor master suite features an en-suite marble master bathroom with a shower and soaking tub.
