**Owner offering as a COURTESY a few beach chairs, toys and a few Cape May Beach tags to be enjoyed and returned where found by each tenant or they will be charged for replacement. There are also some baby extras such as play pen, bath, walker, baby pool & little sitting feeding chair. Bikes are in the shed for use and return where found. Owner cannot guarantee these extras as sometimes prior tenants accidentally take things home with them and to replace would take time** May 2023 UPDATE: NEW 1/2 bath added.
