This 5 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bath home easily sleeps 18 guests in comfort. There is ample space for everyone inside and out. The home has 2 covered porches and 2 sun porches so you can enjoy the views from every floor. If grilling and cornhole are more your speed the backyard provides 2 grills, prep table and 4 patio tables for your use. The entire first floor is open space living from the front door straight through to the kitchen! The beautiful first floor staircase takes you to the master suite with dressing area, large bath, double vanities and private access to the second floor sun porch. Across the hall you will find 2 additional large bedrooms that share a private bath. The third floor is a delight with charming seaside murals, plenty of space to spread out and the stunning 3rd floor sun porch.

New as of 2023, a 8x20 in-ground pool with a patio in the back yard! This pool will be able to be heated for an additional $250 fee. Please inquire when booking if the pool will be open but the current schedule for the pool being open is Memorial Day through the end of September 2023. In the off season, when the pool is not open, the cleaning fee is $350 and can be adjusted after you reserve.
