How to Update your Calendar

ENTER A BOOKING TO YOUR CALENDAR
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on “CALENDAR”.
3. Enter: Arrival Date, Departure Date, Customer Name (not required) and Rental Source (not required).
4. Select Booking Status: Confirm or Pending.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Confirm the dates entered are correct.
* Note: if you have a pending booking, be sure to log back in when the booking is confirmed and click the CONFIRM button for that time period.

EDIT CALENDAR
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on “CALENDAR”.
3. BLOCK CALENDAR -  click on “EDIT” next to the line you want to edit. Make the changes and click “Save”.
4. OPEN CALENDAR DATES - To delete dates already entered you either click on the red “DELETE” button on the right of each line or check “SELECT ALL” on the left and then click on the “DELETE ALL SELECTED” button on top.
5. Then follow instructions above to enter new dates.

IMPORT / EXPORT CALENDAR FROM ANOTHER PLATFORM / ICAL
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on “CALENDAR”.
3. Scroll down and click on the “CALENDAR SYNC” drop down menu above the calendar to export or import rented dates.
4. Click on “Export Calendar” to export dates you have already entered. It will save in an ICS file and it can be opened through Outlook.
5. Click on “Import Calendar” to import a file from your computer. Click “Browse…” to locate the file on your computer and then “IMPORT”. Only ICS files can be imported.​​
