There are two guest suites with two queen size beds. This home does include four beach chairs. There are two undesignated spots and unmetered parking all around the building. Enjoy access to the front porch and roof top deck, there is also a common sitting area on the second floor. Please bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. This unit is a first floor unit in the building with two first floor bedrooms, when planning your stay there are 12 steps to get into the main entrance of the building. 1513 Beach Avenue Unit #2 is steps to the beach and approximately 1.5 mile walk or bike ride into the center of Cape May and Washington Street Mall. For June, July, August and September check in is at 4pm, checkout is 10am. For all other month's check-in is at 3pm and checkout is 10am.
