The back door of the first floor opens up to a stone patio with outdoor seating and 2nd floor opens up to the deck. Unit has separate Washer / Dryer. Sleeps 5 people.

UNIT 4 - This condo is like an independent house in the back with just a small portion of exterior touching the unit 3. This unit comes with 3 bedrooms and a bath. The first floor has a half bath, Great room with Living / Kitchen. Separate Dinning room and Separate Laundry Room and a private secluded Sun room connecting to an outdoor seating area / grill / outdoor shower. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. King Size Bed, 1 queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has 1 Full size bed in addition to Twin over Full Bunk bed. Sleeps 8 people.
